Robb is Vice-President of User Experience for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where he oversees more than 225 software engineers and designers, improving consumer and enterprise user experience worldwide. This is his latest role in more than two decades of leading teams that combine innovation in design and user experience to bring transformative products to market.
From 2018 to 2020, Robb served as Sr. Vice President of Global Product Experience at SAP Concur, overseeing a team of more than 100 product managers, data engineers, analysts, UX designers, and researchers. During that period, his business division’s annual revenues grew from $45 million to $1.3 billion. Before that, as Vice President of Global Product User Experience, he reported to the company’s president and founder on new ways to think about and create products.
Robb has worked with start-ups and some of the world’s largest brands to bring consumer software and brands to market. He was a managing partner at Seattle’s Ramp Technology Group, leading the user experience and product management teams to help build iconic brands and products such as Starbucks, Nordstrom, DocuSign, Microsoft, and others. He also was part of the launch of HomeGrocer.com, one of the first companies to bring groceries to people online.
Robb has a Master’s degree in Human Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Brand and Interactive Design from Central Washington University.
